Actions resulting from FFT feedback
Here are some of things we have changed about the surgery as a result of feedback received via the FFT survey.
- Patient’s concerns over having to repeat themselves on appointments. This was discussed with all staff and clinician’s and it was agreed that Admin will document in the slot notes what the issue was and clinicians to read through the notes prior to seeing the patient.
- Not able to get an appointment - We have employed another locum GP to increase the amount of appointment that we offer.
- Time was limited on each appointment – Unfortunately, every appointment is for 1 problem only. This is to ensure that this 1 issue is dealt with completely and not rushed through if there are multiple issues.
- Computer problems when booking appointment - We did have an issue with the computers when booking appointments. It would jump to the previous patient. This was raised with IT and the issue is now resolved.
