These are the actions we have taken to improve our patients' experience based on the results of the survey

  • Patient’s find it difficult to get through to the surgery via telephone – We have upgraded our phone system which includes a call back system to save patients having to stay on the phone. We have numerous members of staff answering the phones at the busiest time to help reduce the waiting time. We have also increased the amount of online appointments that are available for patients to book.
  • Patient’s find it difficult to contact the surgery on the website – We are in the process of upgrading our website to help improve with this issue and make contacting the surgery an easier process. We have also increased the amount of online appointments that are available for patients to book. 
  • Patients given the choice of day and time for appointment - We have added pre-bookable appointments to help make it easier for patient’s to see a clinician.
